My gf found someone’s mbna MasterCard outside of Cardinale restaurant at around midnight tonight. The restaurant was closed so she left it at the sheriffs station at the Cowboys Casino (west entrance) in case you are looking for it.

There's a producer in Calgary who is ripping off crew
Hello, Calgary, The reason for this post is there's an Los Angeles producer, named Sergei Tumas who's in Calgary and who hasn't paid crew. I feel it's necessary to warn all crew in the Calgary area not to work with him. He's currently putting on a show at the Jubilee, called Tango Nuevo on September 13th and September 14th. He hired crew to film a short film for him, crew deal memos were signed, but on the final day (September 5th), he exploded on set and essentially shut down production. Crew were supposed to be paid on that day. Unfortunately, he used the funds to go on a shopping trip to Louis Vuitton and other high end stores. From Friday to today, the crew, haven't been paid and the crew has used ever resource to recoup their money, but to no avail. I'm hoping that members of the film community who may be contacted by him will not consider working with him, as he won't pay. Newspapers have been contacted as well, but I wanted to reach out to the Calgary community, as this type of behavior in any capacity shouldn't be allowed. Stampeders DB Quincy Butler charged after cabbie and bystander assaulted
Calgary police have confirmed Quincy Butler has been charged with two counts of common assault in connection to an alleged incident which occurred outside of Cowboys Casino early Thursday morning. According to police, Butler entered a taxi at around 3:00 a.m. in the 400 block of 12 Ave. S.E. The cab driver asked Butler for a deposit which prompted Butler to exit the vehicle. Butler is alleged to have walked to the driver’s door and struck the driver several times.
